| Hotels - General Information |

All rates are quoted in Euro, per room, per night and include breakfast, service and VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that the number of reserved rooms for each hotel is limited. Early room reservation is therefore recommended.
Rooms are allocated on a first come - first served basis. Should your favoured hotel (1st choice) be booked up, a room will be reserved for you in your hotel of 2nd or 3rd choice.
Reservations must be made through the congress office Publi-Créations
to guarantee the quoted rates negotiated for the congress. Hotel
rooms have to be reserved by writing to Publi-Créations
by April 23, 2007 at the latest. After this date, rooms cannot
be guaranteed. Your hotel reservation will be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation conditions for hotel rooms
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to Publi-Créations - Partner of AIM.
