Technical Information for the Poster Presentation
Location
The posters area is located in the exhibition hall. The location for each poster is indicated by numbers on the poster panels which correspond to assigned poster number.
Poster Size
Posters shall not exceed the size of the poster panels (117cm wide, 148cm high).
Poster Attachment
Posters must be attached to the poster panels by Velcro® stickers which can be stuck to the backside of the poster. The Velcro® stickers are ready for use and can be found on each poster panel.
Posters should be hung-up on Thursday, May 10, 2007 between 08:00 h and 14:00 h.
Poster Defence
The Poster Committee will judge the selected posters (Poster 1-20) and award the best two posters for the poster price after oral defence by the authors.
All authors are requested to attend their poster during the poster session hours which will be announced prior to the beginning of the conference (check this side for information updates).
Poster Dismantling
The poster presentation ends with the lunch break on Saturday, May 12, 2007. Posters have to be removed between 14:00 h and 17:30 h.
