Terms of payment
Payment should be made in Euro by one of the following methods:
Credit Card
The following credit cards are accepted:
Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard
Please enter the credit card number and expiry date in the appropriate space on the registration form. On-line registration with payment by credit card in security certificate mode will be provided.
Bank transfer
Details for bank transfers will be communicated by Publi-Créations on their confirmation of registration and on their related invoice. Payments must be received by Publi-Créations within 10 days of the date of the invoice.
Name changes
After March 30, 2007 participants who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of € 20 (inclusive of VAT) per name change.
Cancellations, Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Publi-Créations - Partner of AIM. Cancellations will be accepted up to March 30, 2007 with a refund of the registration fee paid less 30 % administration charge. After that date, refunds of registration fees will only be made in exceptional circumstances and when requested in writing.
If the conference organiser should cancel the event, the conference organiser shall reimburse all amounts paid by the delegates to the conference organiser under this agreement. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of the participant in this respect.
VAT
Value Added Tax is not included in the registration fees.
According to French Tax legislation, organisers of international congresses and exhibitions and service companies have to add 19.6 % French Value Added Tax to all services involved. Participants can only recover the VAT (excluding on hotels) if the relevant invoice is issued to a company, institution, etc. but not to individuals.

Programme changes
The organisers cannot assume any liability for any changes in the programme and have the right to change the programme at any time without notice.
Liability
The conference organisers shall in general only be liable for the delegates and their accompanying persons in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct in the performance of their obligations under the conference event agreement. The conference organisers shall accept no responsibility or liability for events such as accidents, thefts or losses of property etc. and the delegates and accompanying persons are responsible for their own insurance.
